Claims (3)
- コンプレッサハウジングのシュラウド部に滑り部材射出用の凹部を形成し、少なくとも前記コンプレッサハウジングと当接する部分がコンプレッサ翼車と略同等の外形寸法を有する成形型を前記シュラウド部に密着することで前記凹部が閉鎖された空間を形成し、
前記コンプレッサハウジングに前記空間に開口する樹脂挿入孔を設け、該樹脂挿入孔より前記空間に樹脂を注入し、前記凹部を充填し、前記コンプレッサハウジングの一部を成す様前記シュラウド部に滑り部材を射出成形することを特徴とする過給機の製造方法。 - 前記成形型に前記空間に開口する樹脂挿入孔を設け、該樹脂挿入孔より樹脂を注入する請求項1の過給機の製造方法。
- コンプレッサハウジングのシュラウド部に滑り部材射出用の凹部を形成し、少なくとも前記コンプレッサハウジングと当接する部分がコンプレッサ翼車と略同等の外形寸法を有する成形型を前記シュラウド部に密着することで前記凹部が閉鎖された空間を形成し、
前記コンプレッサハウジングの両側から成形型を嵌合し、一方の成形型により前記凹部が閉鎖された空間を形成し、両成形型間に間隙を形成し、該間隙と前記閉鎖された空間とを全周に亘って連通させ、前記間隙の中心に樹脂を注入し、半径方向の一様流れで前記空間に樹脂を注入し、前記凹部を充填し、前記コンプレッサハウジングの一部を成す様前記シュラウド部に滑り部材を射出成形することを特徴とする過給機の製造方法。
