Abstract

The invention relates to an arrangement for establishing curvatures of elongated elements having a longitudinal axis. The invention is characterised by a transmitter (4) of electromagnetic radiation, including lightwaves, mounted at least in an axially parallel plane approximately in the centre (halfway along the length) of the component to the outside of said component or connected fixedly to the latter, and by receivers (5, 6) for the electromagnetic radiation, including lightwaves, mounted in the same axial alignment with said sender to the outside of the ends of the component, the sensor surface which is sensitive to the radiation of said receivers having sensor elements distributed in the manner of a facet eye. <IMAGE>
