Claims (10)

1. Tulenkestävä puukomposiitti, erityisesti sisustusle-vy, joka sisältää pääasiassa puuaineosan, kuten puuhaketta, -kuitua, -lastua tai lastuvillaa, ja sideaineen, tunnettu siitä, että sideaine on alkalisesti reagoivalla aktivaattorilla aktivoitu hienoksijauhettu hydraulinen ma-suunikuona.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen komposiitti, tunnettu siitä, että puuaineosan ja masuunikuonan välinen painosuhde on välillä 20:80 ja 80:20.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen komposiitti, tunnettu siitä, että se lisäksi sisältää potsolaania, esim. lentotuhkaa.
4. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen komposiitti, tunnettu siitä, että aktivaattori on alkalisesti reagoiva yhdiste, kuten aikaiihydroksidi, ja alkalinen suola, kuten vesilasi.
5. Menetelmä tulenkestävien puukomposiittien, erityisesti sisustuslevyjen valmistamiseksi saattamalla puuaineo-sa, kuten puuhake, -kuitu, -lastu ja/tai lastuvilla, kosketukseen sideaineen ja aktivaattorin kanssa ja muodostamalla tämän jälkeen saatu massa haluttuun muotoon lämmön ja paineen vaikutuksen alaisena, tunnettu siitä, että sideaineena käytetään hienoksijauhettua hydraulista masuuni-kuonaa .
6. Patenttivaatimuksen 5 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että puuaineosan ja masuunikuonan välinen painosuhde on välillä 20:80 ja 80:20.
