Abstract
A method and an apparatus for erecting at least the frame (2, 3, 4, 5) of a building, in which a foundation (1) is at first formed for the building, subsequent to which a frame (2, 3, 4, 5) is erected on the foundation so that at the frame structure of at least one floor is formed first. Subsequent to erecting the first floor the frame of the building is lifted at least one floor upwards and the frame structure (2, 3, 4, 5) of at least one floor is formed below the lifted floor. Subsequent to this, the foundation is formed by piles (1) driven into the ground and having a hollow inside, at least one pillar (2, 3, 4) is placed inside the pile (1) and the pillar is lifted from inside the pile (1) for lifting the frame (2, 3, 4, 5) of the building.
