Abstract

On tuotu esiin menetelmä biolietteen (1) käsittelemiseksi, jolloin bioliete käsittää solurakenteita. Menetelmä voi käsittää sen, että sekoitetaan bioliete hapon (2) kanssa seoksen (3) saamiseksi; hajotetaan seoksessa olevat biolietteen solurakenteet ainakin osittain; ja erotetaan kiintofaasi (4) seoksesta saaden näin kiintofaasin käsittävä tuote (5). Lisäksi on tuotu esiin menetelmällä saatava kiintofaasin (4) käsittävä tuote (5) ja järjestelmä (9) biolietteen (1) käsittelemiseksi.

Claims (9)

PATENTTIVAATIMUKSET
1. Menetelmä biolietteen (1) käsittelemiseksi, jolloin bioliete käsittää solurakenteita, jolloin menetelmä käsittää sen, että sekoitetaan bioliete hapon (2) kanssa seoksen (3) saamiseksi; hajotetaan seoksessa olevat biolietteen solurakenteet ainakin osittain; ja erotetaan kiintofaasi (4) seoksesta, jolloin saadaan kiintofaasin käsittävä tuote (5); tunnettu siitä, että bioliete ja happo tai niiden seos syötetään korkeiden leikkausvoimien vyöhykkeelle (6) korkean leikkausvoiman sekoittimen (7) sisälle ja altistetaan samanaikaisesti korkeiden leikkausvoimien vyöhykkeelle, jolloin hajotetaan biolietteen solurakenteet ainakin osittain, ja jolloin ainakin noin 90 paino-% biolietteestä ja haposta tai niiden seoksesta kulkee korkeiden leikkausvoimien vyöhykkeen läpi.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin happo on epäorgaaninen happo, kuten rikkihappo, kloorivetyhappo tai typpihappo; orgaaninen happo, kuten karboksyylihappo; tai niiden mikä tahansa seos tai yhdistelmä.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin korkean leikkausvoiman sekoitin n käsittää lavoilla varustetun ensimmäisen roottorin ja N lavoilla varustetun toisen roottorin, jolloin 5 ensimmäinen ja toinen roottori on järjestetty = 30 keskenään samankeskisesti ja konfiguroitu pyörimään — vastakkaisiin suuntiin toisiinsa nähden, ja bioliete E ja happo tai niiden seos syötetään roottoreiden läpi + siten, että ne altistuvat toistuvasti leikkausvoimille = lapojen vaikutuksesta, jolloin lapojen vaikutus = 35 aikaansaa näin korkean leikkausvoimien vyöhykkeen ja N hajottaa seoksessa olevat hbiolietteen solurakenteet ainakin osittain; tai jolloin korkean leikkausvoiman sekoitin on Cavitron-tyyppinen sekoitin.
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 3 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin bioliete ja happo, tai niiden seos, altistetaan korkean leikkausvoiman sekoittimessa energiaintensiteetille, joka on vähintään 300 kWh/m?3, tai enintään 500 kWh/m3, tai 300 — 500 kWh/m3.
5. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-4 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin kiintofaasi erotetaan käyttäen dekantterisentrifugia ja/tai painesuodatinta (8), kuten pystypainesuodatinta.
6. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-5 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin menetelmä käsittää lisäksi sen, et- tä lisätään tuotteen pinta-alaa, esimerkiksi murskaa- malla.
7. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-6 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin seoksen pH säädetään pH-arvoon 4 tai alle, tai pH-arvoon 2,5 tai alle, tai pH-arvoon 2? tai alle.
8. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-7 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin bioliete ja/tai seos kuumennetaan vähintään 30 °C:n, tai vähintään 40 °C:n, tai vähintään 50 *C:n lämpötilaan ennen kiintofaasin erottamista seoksesta.
9. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-8 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin menetelmä käsittää lisäksi sen, että lisätään tuotteen kuiva-ainepitoisuutta,;, & valinnaisesti lämpökuumentamalla ja/tai kuivaamalla. N S 30 N = a I 00 &
