Claims (11)
1. Nestemäinen entsyymiformulaatio tunnettu siitä, että se käsittää transglutaminaasia glyseroli-vesi suspensiossa, jonka pH-arvo on välillä 4,4-5,1.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen nestemäinen entsyymiformulaatio, tunnettu siitä, että pH on 4,6.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen nestemäinen entsyymiformulaatio, tunnettu siitä, että formulaatio käsittää myös proteiiniglutaminaa-sia.
4. Minkä tahansa patenttivaatimuksen 1 - 3 mukainen nestemäinen entsyymiformulaatio, tunnettu siitä, että formulaatio käsittää myös lakkaa-sia ja/tai tyrosinaasia.
5. Minkä tahansa patenttivaatimuksen 1 - 4 mukainen nestemäinen entsyymiformulaatio, tunnettu siitä, että formulaatiossa ei ole säilöntäaineita.
6. Menetelmä nestemäisen entsyymiformulaation valmistamiseksi tunnettu siitä, että, transglutaminaasi lisätään glyseroli-vesi suspensioon, jonka pH-arvo on välillä 4,4 -5,1.
7. Patenttivaatimuksen 6 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että menetelmä käsittää seuraavat vaiheet: a) glyseroli-vesi suspension pH säädetään elintarvikehapolla arvoon, joka on välillä 4,4-5,1 b) transglutaminaasi lisätään suspensioon c) valinnaisesti lisätään säilöntäaine.
8. Patenttivaatimuksen 6 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että menetelmä käsittää seuraavat vaiheet: a) transglutaminaasi lisätään glyseroli-vesi suspensioon b) suspension pH säädetään elintarvikehapo(i)lla arvoon, joka on välillä 4,4 - 5,1 c) valinnaisesti lisätään säilöntäaine.
9. Minkä tahansa patenttivaatimuksen 6 - 8 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että glyseroli-vesi suspension pH on 4,6.
10. Minkä tahansa patenttivaatimuksen 6-9 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä että formulaatio käsittää myös proteiiniglutaminaasia. 11 Minkä tahansa patenttivaatimuksen 6-10 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että formulaatio käsittää myös lakkaasia ja/tai tyrosinaasia.
12. Minkä tahansa patenttivaatimuksen 6-11 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että menetelmä ei käsitä säilöntäaineen lisäystä.
