Claims (6)

1. 2. Vaatimuksen 1 mukainen suodatinlaitteisto, tunnettu siitä, että laitteisto käsittää edelleen ainakin yhden laserin (40), jolla mitataan suodatinpinnan (20A, 220A) kakun (60) paksuutta.
3. Vaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen suodatinlaitteisto, tunnettu siitä, että suodatinpinta (20A) on rumpusuodatinlaitteiston (10) rummun (20) sylinterimäinen ulkopinta.
4. Vaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen suodatinlaitteisto, tunnettu siitä, että suodatinpinta (220A) on kiekkosuodatinlaitteiston (200) kiekon (220) tasomainen ul-kosivupinta.
5. Menetelmä suodatinlaitteiston (10, 200) ohjaamiseksi, joka menetelmä on tunnettu seuraavista menetelmävaiheista: mitataan suodatinpinnan (20A, 220A) topologia ainakin yhdellä laserilla (40), joka suodatinpinta (20A, 220A) muodostuu suodatinlevyistä (25, 230), jotka on kiinnitetty sylinterimäiseen rumpuun (20, 210), joka on tuettu pyörivään akseliin (21), mitataan rummun (20, 210) kulmapositiota (cp) kulmapositioanturilla (70), tallennetaan suodatinpinnan (20A, 220A) topologia kulloisessakin rummun (20, 210) kulmapositiossa (cp) ohjauslaitteen (100) muistiin (110), ohjataan aktuaattoria (30) ohjauslaitteella (100) kaavinterän (31) kärjen ja suodatinpinnan (20A, 220A) välisen etäisyyden (Dl) jatkuvaksi säätämiseksi, suoda- tinpinnan (20A, 220A) topologian perusteella rummun (20, 210) kulloisessakin kul-mapositiossa (cp), joka aktuaattori (30) on yhdistetty kaavinterään (31), joka on jäljestetty kaapimaan kakkua (60) suodatinpinnalta (20A, 220A).
6. Vaatimuksen 5 mukainen menetelmä, joka käsittää seuraavan lisävaiheen: mitataan suodatinpinnalle (20A, 220A) muodostuneen kakun (60) paksuus laserilla (40).
