PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE 1-BIS-(4-FLUOROFENIL)-METIL-4-(3-FENIL-2-PROPENIL)-HEXAHIDRO-1H-1,4-DIACEPINA DE FORMULA (I), SUS SALES CON ACIDOS NO TOXICOS, ESPECIALMENTE EL DICLORHIDRATO, Y COMPOSICIONES QUE CONTIENEN ESTAS SUSTANCIAS COMO PRINCIPIO ACTIVO. SE HACE REACCIONAR 1-ETOXICARBONIL-HEXAHIDRO-1,4-DIACEPINA, CON CLORURO DE CINAMILO EN PRESENCIA DE TRIETILAMINA, PARA OBTENER 1-ETOXICARBONIL-4-(3-FENIL-2-PROPENIL)-HEXAHIDRO-1,4-DIACEPINA DE FORMULA (III), QUE POR HIDROLISIS ALCALINA EN ETANOL, SE TRANSFORMA EN 4-(3-FENIL-2-PROPENIL)-1H-HEXAHIDRO-1,4-DIACEPINA DE FORMULA (IV), QUE A SU VEZ SE HACE REACCIONAR CON UNA CANTIDAD EQUIMOLAR DE BIS-(40FLUOROFENIL)-CLOROMETANO EN PRESENCIA DE TRIETILAMINA EN EXCESO PARA DAR LA 1-BIS-(4-FLUOROFENIL)-METIL-4-(3-FENIL-2-PROPENIL)-HEXAHIDRO-1H-1,4-DIACEPINA. EL COMPUESTO SE DESTINA AL TRATAMIENTO DE TRASTORNOS CIRCULATORIOS DIVERSOS.
