COMPRENDE: A) TRATAR A UNA RESINA DE EPOXIDO QUE TIENE DOS GRUPOS EPOXIDO Y UN PESO EQUIVALENTE DE EPOXIDO ENTRE 180 Y 1.000, CON 0,6 A 1,0 MOL DE GRUPOS AMINO POR GRUPO EPOXIDO DE UNA MONOALQUILAMINA Y/O UNA ALQUILENDIAMINA Y CON 0 A 0,4 MOL POR GRUPO DE EPOXIDO DE UN COMPUESTO DE CARBOXILO O DE UNA AMINA SECUNDARIA, ENTRE 50 Y 120C, PARA OBTENER UN ADUCTO DE RESINA EPOXIDO-AMINA; B) HACER REACCIONAR AL ADUCTO DE A) CON 0,5 A 1 MOL DE UN FENOL Y/O ALQUILFENOL Y CON 0,25 A 0,9 MOL DE FORMALDEHIDO, ENTRE 50 Y 190C; C) MEZCLAR ENTRE UN 50% Y 95% EN PESO (REFINADO DE MATERIA SOLIDA) DEL PRODUCTO DE B) CON UN 5 A 50% EN PESO DE MATERIA SOLIDA DE UNA COMPONENTE DE MEZCLA ADITIVA; D) NEUTRALIZAR LA MEZCLA DE C) CON ACIDOS INORGANICOS U ORGANICOS PARA FORMAR UNA SAL; E) ELIMINAR PARTE DEL DISOLVENTE ORGANICO DE LA MEZCLA; Y F) DILUIR CON AGUA.
