UN METODO PARA DETERMINAR LAS PROPIEDADES DE LAS PASTAS DE FIBRAS.SE CONSIGUE SEPARANDO UN LOTE DE UN VOLUMEN PREDETERMINADO, MIDIENDO SU TEMPERATURA Y FILTRANDO EL AGUA DEL MISMO MEDIANTE UNA DIFERENCIA DE PRESIONES. A ESTE FIN, SE FILTRA SUSTANCIALMENTE TODA EL AGUA DE LA MEZCLA DE PASTA, SE PRODUCE UN FLUJO DE AIRE A TRAVES DE LA TORTA DE PASTA FILTRADA, MEDIANTE UNA DIFERENCIA DE PRESIONES, SE MIDE EL EFECTO DE LA RESISTENCIA DE LA TORTA DE PASTA SOBRE EL FLUJO DE AIRE Y SE PESA LA TORTA DE PASTA, DESPUES DE LO CUAL SE CALCULAN LAS PROPIEDADES DE LA PASTA A BASE DE LAS MEDICIONES, SEGUN UNOS MODELOS MATEMATICOS DESARROLLADOS A ESTE EFECTO.
