PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE UNA FORMULACION PARENTERAL DE NIMODIPINA.COMPRENDE: A) HACER REACCIONAR ACETOACETATO DE 2-METOXIETILO CON 3-NITROBENZALDEHIDO, EN PRESENCIA DE UNA SAL DE ACETATO DE AMINA, PARA FORMAR (A); B) HACER REACCIONAR A (A) CON 3-AMINOCROTONATO DE ISOPROPILO, PARA OBTENER (B), NIMODIPINA; C) DISOLVER A (B) EN 15 A 30 DE ETANOL Y 15 A 40 DE PROPILENGLICOL Y/O POLIETILENGLICOL; Y D) AGREGAR AL PRODUCTO DE C) DE 30 A 70 DE AGUA.
