PROCEDIMIENTO CICLICO PARA LA RECUPERACION INTEGRAL DE SUBPRODUCTOS DE LA ALMAZARA.COMPRENDE: A) CLASIFICAR LOS ALPECHINES EN FUNCION DE SU GRADO ASEPTICO ALIMENTARIO; B) PRECALENTAR EL ALPECHIN, POR INTERCAMBIO DE CALOR A UNA TEMPERATURA PROXIMA A LA DE SU EVAPORACION, PARA IMPEDIR SU FERMENTACION POR EFECTO CALORICO; C) EVAPORAR EL ALPECHIN PRECALENTADO CON UN CONCENTRADOR DE EFECTO MULTIPLE O DE SIMPLE EFECTO; D) RECUPERAR EL VAPOR DE CABEZA, DE LA ETAPA (C), QUE PROCEDE DE LAS AGUAS DE VEGETACION Y, DE LAS AGUAS AN/ADIDAS EN EL PROCESO ALMAZARERO, PARA UTILIZARLO COMO FUENTE ENERGETICA PARA LAS DIVERSAS FASES DEL PRESENTE PROCESO; E) EXTRAER EL RESIDUO CONCENTRADO RESULTANTE DE LA EVAPORACION DEL ALPECHIN, CONSTITUIDO POR SOLIDOS SOLUBLES, ACEITE Y AGUA; F) SEPARAR DICHO RESIDUO CONCENTRADO EN SUS FASES LIQUIDA Y SOLIDA; G) CENTRIFUGAR LA FASE LIQUIDA DE LA ETAPA (F), EXTRAYENDO EL ACEITE DE LA MISMA Y RECICLANDO A LA ETAPA (B) EL LIQUIDO RESTANTE; H)PRENSAR Y/O SECAR LA FASE SOLIDA DE(F) PARA EXTRAER SU CONTENIDO EN ACEITE NO RECUPERADO EN LA ETAPA (G); E I) RECICLAR LA FASE SOLIDA SECA A LA FUENTE CALORICA DE LA COLUMNA DE EVAPORACION DE LA ETAPA (C).
