Abstract
Process comprises inserting the glass mass, cut off at the outlet of the furnace, into a pre-forming mould and into the entry mould by suction and gravity; carrying out a pre-blowing before lowering the closure bell of the mould; effecting a turn, displacement and return, and elevation and descent the same time, and carrying out a fresh blowing; opening the mould during or on lowering, and then controlling the descent of the glass and its temp. to bring about a linear displacement, transferring it to a final mould where a final rolling-type blowing is carried out, while a new head initiates the operation in the preparatory mould.
