SE HACE REACCIONAR UN COMPUESTO DE 3-AMINORIFAMICINA-S DE FORMULA (II) DONDE R ES HIDROGENO O ACETILO, O UNA SAL DEL MISMO CON AMONIACO Y CON UN DERIVADO REACTIVO DE UNA FORMAMIDA N,N-DISUSTITUIDA O TIOFORMAMIDA DE FORMULA (III) DONDE Y ES OXIGENO O AZUFRE Y AM ES UN GRUPO AMINO DERIVADO DE UNA AMINA SECUNDARIA, Y OPCIONALMENTE UN COMPUESTO DEL TIPO SV SE OXIDA A UN COMPUESTO DEL TIPO S, O UN COMPUESTO DEL TIPO S SE REDUCE A UN COMPUESTO DEL TIPO SV Y/O UN COMPUESTO LIBRE OBTENIDO, CON PROPIEDADES FORMADORAS DE SAL, SE TRANSFORMA EN UNA SAL CORRESPONDIENTE, O UNA SAL OBTENIDA EN EL CORRESPONDIENTE COMPUESTO LIBRE.
