Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO DE SOLIDIFICACION Y DE ENFRIAMIENTO RAPIDOS, POR COLADA CONTINUA, DE PRODUCTOS FUNDIDOS A BASE DE OXIDOS METALICOS. CONSISTE EN EFECTUAR LAS SIGUIENTES OPERACIONES: 1 ) INTRODUCIR EL PRODUCTO FUNDIDO EN EL ESPACIO CONVERGENTE FORMADO POR DOS CILINDROS HORIZONTALES QUE GIRAN EN SENTIDO INVERSO. 2 ) ENFRIAR LA PARED DE LOS CILINDROS. 3 ) REGULAR LA VELOCIDAD DE ROTACION DE LOS CILINDROS, DE TAL MODO QUE LA SOLIDIFICACION TOTAL DEL PRODUCTO FUNDIDO, SOLO SE PRODUZCA MAS ALLA DEL PLANO QUE PASA POR LOS EJES DE ROTACION DE LOS CILINDROS. 4 ) RECUPERAR EL PRODUCTO SOLIDIFICADO EN EL ESPACIO DIVERGENTE. ANTES DE COMENZAR A INTRODUCIR EL PRODUCTO FUNDIDO, SE OBTURA EL ESPACIO ENTRE LOS DOS CILINDROS.
