Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE COMPOSICIONES CEMENTOSAS AUTO-NIVELANTES PARA SUELOS, ESPECIALMENTE PARA SUELOS DE HORMIGON. CONSISTE EN PREPARAR UNA MEZCLA FORMADA A BASE DE ARENA, AGUA, CEMENTO HIDRAULICO COMPUESTO POR CEMENTO PORTLAND Y POR CEMENTO DE ALTO CONTENIDO DE ALUMINA, Y OTRAS CARGAS. LOS CEMENTOS SE COMBINAN EN UNA RELACION EN PESO DE 20-80: 80-20 Y SE INCORPORA UN COMPONENTE PLASTIFICANTE EN CANTIDAD SUFICIENTE PARA QUE LA MEZCLA PUEDA TRABAJARSE, Y UN COMPONENTE RETARDADOR DEL FRAGUADO EN CANTIDAD SUFICIENTE PARA RETRASAR EL TIEMPO DE FRAGUADO INICIAL. EL PLASTIFICADO UTILIZADO SUELE SER UNA RESINA POLIMERIZADA, CON UNA LONGITUD DE CADENA QUE VARIA DE 6 A 70. EL COMPONENTE RETARDADOR DEL FRAGUADO ES UN COMPUESTO ELEGIDO ENTRE ACIDOS HIDROXICARBOXILICOS ORGANICOS, ACIDOS ORGANICOS O POLIACIDOS, Y SALES O SALES SOLUBLES INORGANICAS DE METALES ALCALINOS.
