SE CUECE LA PILA ENREJILLADA PARA FORMAR UNA REGION RESISTIVA, ELECTRICAMENTE AISLANTE, DENTRO DE LA BASE DE SULFURO DE CADMIO. SE SEPARA LA CAPA DE SULFURO CUPROSO NO CUBIERTA POR LA REJILLA METALICA. SE SEPARA LA REGION CDS:CU NO CUBIERTA POR LA REJILLA METALICA PROPORCIONANDO ZONAS DE SULFURO DE CADMIO DESCUBIERTAS Y SE FORMA UNA CAPA DE SULFURO CUPROSO SOBRE TODAS LAS ZONAS NO CUBIERTAS POR LA REJILLA METALICA.
