COMPRENDE LA SEPARACION DE SOJASAPONINA DE SEMILLAS DE SOJA Y LA ALCOHOLISIS DE DICHO COMPUESTO CON UN ALCOHOL INFERIOR, EN PRESENCIA DE UN ACIDO PARA FORMAR 3-O-(6-O-ALQUIL-BETA-D-GLUCOROPIRANOSIL)-SOJASAPOGENOL B, QUE POSTERIORMENTE ES HIDROLIZADO.
