Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE UN DERIVADO DEL ALDEHIDO 3,4-DIHIDROXICINAMICO DE FORMULA GENERAL (I) O UN ISOMERO (II). CONSTA DE LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: 1) EXTRACCION CON ETER DE PETROLEO SOBRE FRUTOS SECOS, FINAMENTE TRITURADOS, DE PHYTOLACCA AMERICANA L. 2) EFECTURAR UNA SEGUNDA EXTRACCION CON ACETONA SOBRE EL MATERIAL TRATADO, EVAPORANDO A SEQUEDAD EL EXTRACTO ACETONICO RESULTANTE, PREFERENTEMENTE AL VACIO. 3) PURIFICAR EL RESIDUO OBTENIDO LAVANDO CON CLOROFORMO. 4) REDISOLVER EL PRODUCTO EN PRODUCTO LAVADO CON N-BUTANOL. 5) LAVADO DE LA SOLUCION N-BUTANOLICA RESULTANTE CON AGUA, EVAPORANDO A SEQUEDA, BAJO VACIO, LA FASE N-BUTANOLICA LAVADA. 6) REDISOLUCION DEL RESIDUO CON ACETONA, FILTANDO LA SOLUCION FORMADA. 7) CROMATOGRAFIA EN COLUMNA SEPHADEX LHZO DE LA SOLUCION ACETONICA, ELUYENDO CON ACETONA Y EVAPORANDO A SEQUEDAD LAS FRACCIONES ACTIVAS RECOGIDAS Y REUNIDAS, PREFERENTEMENTE BAJO VACIO. 8) RECRISTALIZACION DEL RESIDUO OBTENIDO. ACTIVIDAD ANTIHEPATOTOXICA. *FORMULA*
