Abstract
Sistema de formación de imagen ultrasónico duplex que tiene una modalidad de funcionamiento con exploración B y orientación Doppler, y un modo de funcionamiento siguiente tipo Doppler para medir la velocidad de circulación de la sangre que incluye un conjunto de transductor común para ambas modalidades, constituido por una pluralidad de elementos piezoeléctricos para transmitir impulsos de ultrasonidos y generar las señales de eco recibidas, un dispositivo para la excitación con impulso único de elementos elegidos del conjunto durante una operación de exploración B con el fin de producir secuencialmente impulsos ultrasonoros de banda ancha con una frecuencia central de emisión predeterminada, que se transmiten a lo largo de diferentes líneas de exploración para realizar una exploración de una región sometida a examen, un dispositivo para amplificar y focalizar y sumar dichas señales de eco, y un dispositivo para visualizar las señales de eco focalizadas y sumadas bajo la forma de una imagenvisual de la región sometida a la acción de los sonidos, un dispositivo de excitación por impulsos múltiples de unos elementos elegidos del conjunto durante el funcionamiento Doppler con el fin de producir secuencialmente impulsos ultrasonoros de banda estrecha que se transmiten a lo largo de una línea de exploración elegida que corta un volumen de muestra a través del cual la velocidad de circulación de la sangre ha de ser medida, teniendo dichos impulsos múltiples una frecuencia aproximadamente igual a dicha frecuencia central de emisión, amplificándose, focalizándose y sumándose las señales de eco recibidas por los medios mencionados anteriormente, un dispositivo para medir la variación de frecuencia de las señales de eco focalizadas y sumadas con relación al espectro de frecuencia de emisión, producida por la circulación de la sangre en el volumen de muestra y un dispositivo para derivar la velocidad de la circulación de la sangre de la variación de frecuencia y para efectuar la visualización de la velocidad de circulación.
