Abstract

Bomba para usar en un sistema suministrador de combustible para un motor de combustión interna, siendo el sistema de la clase en que el combustible es almacenado bajo presión en un acumulador y es entregado al motor a través de una boquilla cuyo período de apertura es controlado de una manera precisa para determinar la cantidad de combustible suministrada al motor, actuando la bomba para suministrar combustible al acumulador y comprendiendo una bomba de alta presión que es arrastrada, durante su uso, por el motor con el que está asociado el sistema suministrador de combustible, teniendo la bomba de alta presión una salida conectada durante su uso con el acumulador y una entrada conectada con una fuente de combustible, medios de mariposa para controlar el flujo del combustible, medios de mariposa para controlar el flujo del combustible a través de la entada y medios sensibles a la presión que, durante su uso, son sensibles a la presión reinante en el acumulador, para ajustar la posición de dicho medio de mariposa.
