Abstract

Procedimiento para realizar una pluralidad de módulos de construcción que tienen cada uno por lo menos un núcleo de material celular aislante contenido en una envoltura de material celular aislante contenido en una envoltura de material a base de cemento reforzado con fibras, que consiste en: formar una zona de moldeo longitudinal a lo largo de una base que lleva en ella unos medios divisorios transversales; moldear una capa inferior de material a base de cemento húmedo sobre la base de la zona de moldeo; añadir un refuerzo de fibras a la capa inferior aplicando fibras de longitudes discretas en una o varias pasadas sobre la zona de moldeo e incorporar las fibras en la capa inferior; situar unos elementos de núcleo de material celular individuales o unos elementos de núcleo de material celular compuestos sobre la capa inferior de modo que estén separados de los medios divisorios y de las paredes laterales de la zona de moldeo; aplicar material a base de cemento húmedo sobre toda la longitudde la zona de moldeo para llenar el espacio libre que rodea a cada elemento de núcleo y formar una capa superior que cubre cada elemento de núcleo envolviendo separadamente cada elemento de núcleo; aplicar un refuerzo de fibras a la capa superior mediante la aplicación de fibras de longitudes discretas en una o varias pasadas sobre la zona de moldeo e incorporar las fibras en la capa superior; y fraguar el material a base de cemento que envuelve cada núcleo y extraer de la zona de moldeo una pluralidad de módulos fraguados.
