Abstract

Un procedimiento para la preparación de derivados de dibenzo [b,f]tiepinas de fórmula ***1 (Ver fórmula 1) donde n es un número entero de 0 a 4; Z ews tio, sulfinilo o sulfonilo; R es hidrógeno, halógeno como cloro, bromo, fluor y yodo, amino, alquilo C1 a C4, alcanoilo C1 a C4, hidroxilo, alcoxi C1 a C4, tiol alquiltio C1 a C4, alquilsulfinilo C1 a C4, alquilsulfonilo C1 a C4, trifluormetilo, trifluormetiltio, ciano, carboxi, nitro y alquilo o dialquilamino C1 a C4; A es 3-hidroxi-1,2,5-tiadiazol-4-ilo, y la línea de puntos indica un enlace olefínico o saturación en las posiciones 10,11.
