Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de somatomamotropina coriónica humana, denominada HCS, de elevado grado de pureza, a partir de extractos placentarios, caracterizado porque se separa, del extracto o de una fracción proteica derivada del mismo, una fase conteniendo HCS y se somete dicha fase a sucesivos tratamientos alternados de enriquecimiento, ultrafiltración y cromatografía.
