Abstract

Procedimiento para el tratamiento térmico de material de grano fino, con gases calientes, en especial para calcinar cemento en varias etapas, precalentándose para ello el material en un intercambiador de calor, sometiéndose para ello el material en un intercambiador de calor, sometiéndose bajo alimentación de combustible a un proceso separado de calcinación para la desacidificación de la parte de carbonato cálcico, y terminándose de calcinar en un horno de calcinación mediante un proceso de sintenización, caracterizado porque el combustible alimentado está compuesto de tal modo, que los componentes y/o partes del combustible que se oxidan rápidamente ceden totalmente su capacidad térmica en especial a los componentes finos de la harina cruda de cemento, quemándose para ello completamente en suspensión en una primera etapa del proceso separado de calcinación, mientras que en una segunda etapa del proceso, los componentes y/o partes del combustible que se oxidan lentamente, son cargados en elhorno de tambor giratorio junto con la harina cruda de cemento, desacidificada al menos en parte, originando allí, el quemarse totalmente antes del comienzo de la siterización, otra desacidificación, en especial de los componentes gruesos de la harina cruda.
