Abstract

Método para la formación de un cierre hermético frangible del tipo en el que una primera pieza de plástico dotada de una porción extendida hasta la trayectoria del troquel sellador es herméticamente fundida con una segunda pieza de plástico y que comprende las operaciones de montar la primera pieza de plástico sobre la segunda pieza de plástico, con la primera asentada sobre la superficie de esta calentar un troquel sellador por encima del fundo de fusión del material plástico de dichas piezas y llevar al troquel sellador hacia la citada superficie sobre la que se asienta la primera pieza mencionada y contra la porción de la primera pieza que se extiende hasta la trayectoria del troquel sellador caracterizado por la presión del troquel sellador hacia la citada porción y la referida superficie para desplazar el material de tal porción y formar un sello fundido transversal a aquella superficie, de manera que este sello pueda ser fracturado debido a tensión al retirarse la primera parte de lasegunda
