Abstract

1. Dispositivo de cierre hermético frangible para conectar frangiblemente una primera pieza de plástico o una segunda pieza también de plástico dotada de una superficie generalmente plana, teniendo la primera pieza de plástico una pared exterior extendida en dirección generalmente transversal a dicha superficie plana y formando un extremo de la citada pared exterior una junta con la segunda pieza de plástico en la superficie plana de la misma, caracterizado porque dicha junta está definida por una delgada sección frangible y una depresión formada en la segunda pieza de plástico, en la zona adyacente y exterior a la referida junta, definiendo la mencionada sección delgada frangible la pared más interna de la referida depresión. 2. Dispositivo de cierre hermético frangible, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la segunda pieza de plástico comprende un recipiente provisto de una porción de cuello y de por lo menos un acceso, definida por tal porción de cuello, disponiéndose la citada superficie generalmente plana en esta porción de cuello y extendiéndose en un plano transversal al eje del referido acceso, comprendiendo la primera pieza de plástico un cierre protector en forma de copa que cubre el mencionado acceso y disponiéndose la sección delgada frangible entre el citado cierre y la porción de cuello. 3. Dispositivo de cierre hermético frangible según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la citada pared exterior define un cuerpo de tapa de dicho cierre y la referida pared exterior incluye un chaflán axialmente espaciado de la sección frangible. 4. Dispositivo de cierre hermético frangible, según la reivindicación 1, para establecer un ambiente estéril y herméticamente sellado sobre la porción del cuello de un recipiente que rodea una salida, o acceso del mismo, el cual cierre presenta una forma de copa y tiene un cuerpo de tapa, caracterizándose tal cierre porque está adaptado para unirse a la citada porción del cuello para definir una sección frangible adyacente a la unión, teniendo el citado cierre una relación entre longitud y diámetro que proporciona un buen efecto de palanca con ventajea mecánica para romper la sección frangible cuando se impulsa lateralmente el cierre protector. 5. Dispositivo de cierre hermético frangible, según lar reivindicación 4, caracterizado porque la longitud del cuerpo de tapa es po lo menos igual a su diámetro. 6. Dispositivo de cierre hermético frangible, según las reivindicaciones 4 ó 5, caracterizado porque el mencionado cuerpo de tapa incluye un chaflán. 7. Dispositivo de cierre hermético frangible, según las reivindicaciones 4, 5 ó 6, caracterizado porque la porción de cuello del recipiente y el cierre protector están formados de un material termoplástico y se hallan unidos con un enlace termosellado. 8. Dispositivo de cierre hermético frangible, según la reivindicación 7, caracterizado porque la salida la reivindicación 7, caracterizado porque la salida del recipiente incluye un tubo de acceso que se proyecta desde la porción de cuerpo del recipiente y el citado cierre protector está espaciado de dicho tubo de manera que tal cierre protector pueda ser impulsado lateralmente para romper la sección frangible sin interferencia con el tubo. 9. Dispositivo de cierre hermético frangible, según la reivindicación 7, aplicable a un recipiente que presenta por lo menos dos accesos a través de la porción de cuello, caracterizado porque el citado cierre cubre cada uno de tales accesos. 10. Dispositivo de cierre hermético frangible.
