Abstract

Mobile device for cooling the internal surface of a tube, including: (A) an elongated semi-rigid tubular conduit that is adapted to be connected to a source of liquid coolant at high pressure and is adapted to allow said coolant to pass liquid under high pressure axially through it, (B) a first semi-rigid element inflatable under pressure connected with said tubular conduit and allowing the passage of circulation to the latter, (C) a second element inflatable under pressure separated from said first inflatable element, and (D) a section of tubular conduit connected to said first and second inflatable elements and allowing circulation to the latter, said section having a plurality of holes for radial circulation to the outside of said liquid refrigerant, one of said inflatable elements being able to widen to fit hermetically with substantially all of the cir internal circumference of a part of the tube and the other inflatable element having separate elements that protrude radially outwards from its external surface, said projecting elements being arranged transversely with respect to the longitudinal axis of the device, said other inflatable element being able to widen to a state in which said separated protruding elements contact a part of the internal circumference of the tube and define circulation channels with it.
