Aparato para limpiar y/o preparar ensaladas y alimentos similares a base de hojas, rodajas y/o trozos de lechuga en mezcla con aditivos líquidos y/o sólidos, tales como por ejemplo agua, vinagre, aceite, salsas, sal común, especias y similares, caracterizado por un recipiente susceptible de ser unido de manera soltable con un sistema de propulsión, para el alojamiento del material a limpiar y/o a mezclar, cuyas paredes están provistas con guías abiertas hacia el espacio interior para el arrastre de los aditivos.
