Abstract
Procedimiento de obtención de una composición de bebida extractable, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas: (a) tostar un trigo en bruto, elegido entre trigos consistentes en trigo de invierno rojo blando, trigo duro, trigo de primavera rojo duro y mezclas de los anteriores, hasta logra un color tostado claro; (b) subdividir el trigo ligeramente tostado a un tamaño medio de partícula de 1,5 mm aproximadamente; © tostar una mezcla de cafés en verde, cuya mezcla contiene al menos 60% en peso de un café Arábica de alta calidad, tostándose dicha mezcla de cafés en verde hasta un color más oscuro que el trigo tostado en la etapa (a) (d) triturar la mezcla tostada de cafés a un tamaño de partícula más fino que el trigo tostado y triturado en la etapa (b), (e) hidrolizar un material de almidón para formar una dextrina que tiene un equivalente dextrosa de 5 a 19 y (f) mezclar uniformemente las composiciones de (b), (d) y (e) para formar una bebida extractable que comprende de 35 a 55% aproximadamente de trigo tostado y triturado 40 a 60% de café tostado y triturado y de 3 a 6% de una dextrina.
