Abstract

The brake articulated laoding vehicle (10) with a vehicle main frame (24) has a pair of upright supports (56) arranged outside the main frame at the rear part of the vehicle on opposite sideS. Swivel mechanisms are fitted to the top ends of the upright supports. A beam arrangement (32) has a pair of lifting arms (33) which are pivot fixed to the swivel mechanism (64). They extend forwards along each side and downwards on the front section to a accept a material-handling device (17,38) in a lowered position. The upright are arranged outwards from the main frame to be behind the rear wheels of the vehicle. The lifting arms of the boom arrangement cover the vehicle wheelS.
