Abstract

Equipment is used for loading railway wagons, lorries and containers with loose material. It includes a first chute (6) rotatable with the container about an axis (a) of its inlet end (7). The outlet end (8) of the chute (6) joins a second chute (10) which rotates about an axis (b). The axis (a,b) of the inlet (7) and the outlet (8) of the first chute (6) are vertical and are spaced some distance apart. Both chutes (6,10) have a constant slope in regard to the axis (a,b). The first chute (6) is provided with an equipment (19,20,21,22) by which it is rotated about axis (a) of its inlet (7). The second chute (10) has a connecting section (9) for joining it with the outlet end (8) and is rotated about the axis (b) by an equipment (23,24,25,26).
