1278873 Loading containers VALMET OY 2 Nov 1970 [4 Nov 1969] 51954/70 Heading B8Q A side-loader for freight container comprises a space defined by a long side 5a and two shorter sides 5b into which a container (shown in dot-dashed lines) is fitted, the side-loader being movable on four wheels 6 which are turnable through 90 degrees so that the device may be alternatively driven in the direction of the arrows A, B. The sides 5b may have adjustable cranes (7), Fig. 4 (not shown), for depositing containers in two layers.
