Purification procedure of a urokinase solution mixed with foreign proteins and pyrogenic substances, characterized in that a partial saturation of the aqueous urokinase solution occurs with a protein precipitation agent consisting of ammonium sulfate, to a degree, depending on the initial concentration of the solution in proteins, such that this partial saturation induces only the partial precipitation of a part of the proteins with those contained in the initial solution, this part being low enough so that its urokinase content is maintained in predetermined weak proportions, if not practically negligible, and why the supernatant layer containing urokinase is collected.
