Abstract

1. Dispositivo de bolsa provisto de cierre automático postllenado, de papel, caracterizado porque la bolsa está cerrada en los dos extremos mediante corte escalonado con un solo pliegue y mediante corte liso por pliegue doble y adhesión, y en la zona de uno de los fondos cuyo respectivo ancho se forma en cada caso en uno de los fondos doblados del pliegue lateral lleva introducido por adhesión en la costura longitudinal un cierre automático o válvula de forma tubular, a través de la cual puede llenarse dicha bolsa de papel de menera tal que después de llenada se autocierra con la presión de la mercancía. 2. Dispositivo según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la citada válvula está colocada en la costura longitudinal del tubo de modo que en la bolsa terminada, la válvula se encuentra en el paso formado al efectuar el llenado desde el fondo de la bolsa a la parte frontal de la misma, configurándose así la bolsa llena con forma abovedada. 3. Dispositivo según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque en la zona superior dela costura longitudinal del corte abierto del tubo se encuentra adherida una hoja de papel de modo que una de las tiras de papel introducida se encuentra adherida en la zona de la costura longitudinal con el lado exterior de la tira corta de la sección cortada del tubo, y la otra tira de papel introducida en el lado interior de la tira larga del corte del tubo y el lado abierto del papel de plegado sencillo introducido puedan doblarse y adherirse a la tira más larga del corte del tubo que ha de doblarse en sentido longitudinal al lado de la costura del corte del tubo. 4. Dispositivo según una de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque la hoja de la válvula introducida provista de doblado sencillo transversal puede ser previamente doblada una vez en sentido longitudinal para su refuerzo, a efectos de que la abertura de llenado de la válvula no venga conformada por un simple borde del papel sino por un borde de pliegue de papel. 5. Dispositivo según una de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque en la zona de la válvula hay una hoja superpuesta adherida sobre la costura longitudinal para reforzar la zona de la válvula. 6. Dispositivo según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque en el extremo del corte del tubo de papel se encuentra adherido a la costura longitudinal una sección de papel previamente doblada y pegada en forma de U, en la cual la superficie del lado de la costura longitudinal del corte del tubo forma la tira saliente de la sección escalonada, de modo que para cerrar el fondo se dobla y adhiere al lado opuesto de la válvula. 7. Dispositivo de bolsa provisto de cierre automático postllenado.
