Abstract
Método de fabricación de un piñón para ensamblarse en un eje de turbina de un motor de combustión interna, que comprende al menos una etapa de fabricación de un piñón en una única pieza que tiene simetría axial, equipado con una parte (2) dentada anular y con una parte (1) axial coaxial con dicha parte (2) dentada anular y dotado de un orificio (H) coaxial con una rosca (TH1) para atornillar el piñón (P) en dicho eje (SH) de la turbina, comprendiendo el método un procedimiento para realizar dicha rosca (TH1) con el fin de tener variaciones de paso localizadas realizando dicha parte (1) axial de modo que al menos un extremo (E, F) sobresale axialmente con respecto a dicha parte (2) dentada anular y en el que dicho procedimiento comprende las siguientes etapas en una sucesión - realización de dicho orificio (H) coaxial, - realización de uno o más cortes (G1, G2, G3) parciales perpendiculares a un eje (X) de dicho piñón (P) en dicho extremo (E, F) sobresaliente, - tracción o compresión axial de dicha parte axial, - realización de dicha rosca (TH1).
