Abstract
Una cepa de Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. Bulgaricus (L. bulgaricus) caracterizada por que se deposita en la CNCM bajo el número I-4428.

Las puntuaciones de infección obtenidas por inmunohistoquímica para las cepas de L. bulgaricus CNCM I-4428 y CNCM I-1632 (Lb 130) se muestran en la Figura 2. Estos resultados muestran que la administración de producto lácteo fermentado con la cepa CNCM I-4428 a ratones infectados por H. pylori disminuye significativamente la
5 puntuación de la infección pero que el tratamiento con el producto lácteo fermentado con la cepa CNCM I-1632 no disminuye la carga de H pylori.
Los resultados obtenidos por PCR en tiempo real para las cepas de L. bulgaricus CNCM I-4428 y CNCM I-1632 (Lb 130) se muestran en la Figura 3. Estos resultados muestran que, en ratones, el tratamiento con el producto lácteo fermentado con la cepa CNCM I-4428 disminuye significativamente la carga de H. pylori pero que el tratamiento con
10 la leche fermentada con la cepa CNCM I-1632 no disminuye la carga de H pylori.
