Abstract

Procedimiento para la producción de espumas rígidas de poliuretano plásticamente deformables, en que se mezclan a) poliisocianatos orgánicos con b) compuestos polihidroxílicos, conteniendo b1) polioxialquilenpoliol 2 a 4-funcional con un índice hidroxílico de 150 a 650 y una proporción de grupos hidroxilo primarios de más del 70% y b2) polioxialquilenpoliol di- a trifuncional con un índice hidroxílico de 25 a 40 y una proporción de grupos hidroxilo primarios de más del 70% c) opcionalmente agentes de alargamiento de cadena y/o reticulantes, d) agente espumante, e) catalizadores y opcionalmente f) auxiliares y aditivos para dar una mezcla de reacción y se deja reaccionar esta mezcla de reacción totalmente, alcanzando la proporción en peso de los compuestos (b1) y (b2) en el componente (b) al menos un 70% en peso.
