Abstract

1. Endoprótesis de cabeza variable, consistente en una prótesis esférica de vástago, por ejemplo, una prótesis de fémur, y una cavidad de cabeza variable, que lleva un seguro de retención de forma para la cabeza de la prótesis, en forma de estrechamiento del orificio de la cavidad, caracterizada por estar formado el estrechamiento por un anillo (11) que puede colocarse dentro de una garganta anular (8) formada de la zona del orificio de la cavidad (1, 2) estando recortada por un punto (10) la cresta (9) que limita la garganta anular (8) por el lado del orificio de la cavidad, con el fin de poder introducir o sacar el anillo partido (11) en dirección periférica. 2. Endoprótesis de cabeza variable según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizada por estar el anillo (11) moleteado (12), por lo menos por la cara destinada a quedar por el exterior. 5. Endoprótesis de cabeza variable según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizada por presentar la cavidad en la zona del orificio, adicionalmente, un estrechamiento (6) que cede elásticamente al introducir la cabeza de la prótesis. 6.
