Abstract
Cuerpo moldeado que contiene lignocelulosa multicapa a partir de A) una capa media o varias capas medias, que contienen partículas que contienen lignocelulosa, que puede/n obtenerse mediante el uso de un aglutinante (a) y B) una capa de cubierta o varias capas de cubierta, que contienen partículas que contienen lignocelulosa, que puede/n obtenerse mediante el uso de un aglutinante (b), seleccionándose el aglutinante (a) del grupo que consiste en (a1) resinas de formaldehído y (a2) un isocianato orgánico con al menos dos grupos isocianato; conteniendo el aglutinante (b) los siguientes componentes: un componente acuoso (I) que contiene (i) un polímero A, que está construido a partir de los siguientes monómeros: a) del 70 al 100 % en peso de al menos un ácido mono- y/o dicarboxílico etilénicamente insaturado (monómero(s) A1) y b) del 0 al 30 % en peso de al menos un monómero etilénicamente insaturado adicional, que se diferencia de los monómeros A1 (monómero(s) A2), y opcionalmente (ii) un agente reticulante de bajo peso molecular con al menos dos grupos funcionales que se seleccionan del grupo hidroxilo, ácido carboxílico y sus derivados, amina primaria, secundaria y terciaria, epoxi, aldehído, un isocianato orgánico con al menos dos grupos isocianato como componente (II) y opcionalmente un componente (III) como dispersión acuosa, que contiene uno o varios polímero(s) M, que está(n) construido(s) a partir de los siguiente monómeros: a) del 0 al 50 % en peso de al menos un monómero etilénicamente insaturado, que contiene al menos un grupo epóxido y/o al menos un grupo hidroxialquilo (monómero(s) M1), y b) del 50 al 100 % en peso de al menos un monómero etilénicamente insaturado adicional, que se diferencia de los monómeros M1 (monómero(s) M2) así como opcionalmente aditivos habituales como componente (IV), poniéndose en contacto preferentemente el componente (II) no previamente mezclado con los componentes adicionales (I) y/o (III) y/o (IV) con las partículas que contienen lignocelulosa, y conteniendo opcionalmente el aglutinante (b) un captor de formaldehído.
