Abstract

Desembrague central (10) para un accionamiento de embrague hidráulico, con una carcasa de cilindro (12) moldeada por inyección a partir de un plástico, que presenta al menos una pared de cilindro (16) provista en el lado circunferencial exterior de un manguito de refuerzo (40), que delimita radialmente hacia fuera una cámara de presión anular (18), en la que está alojado de manera desplazable un pistón anular (20) operativamente conectable al embrague, que opcionalmente puede cargarse con un medio de presión a través de una tubuladura de unión de presión (22) de la carcasa de cilindro (12) que desemboca en la cámara de presión (18), para desembragar el embrague, pudiendo fijarse el manguito de refuerzo (40) después del moldeo por inyección de la carcasa de cilindro (12) a la pared de cilindro (16), caracterizado por que para la fijación del manguito de refuerzo (40) está prevista una unión por encaje a presión (42) en un extremo delantero del manguito de refuerzo (40) alejado de la tubuladura de unión de presión (22), en el que el manguito de refuerzo (40) está conformado radialmente hacia dentro formando una sección de enganche (44), que junto con un nervio (46) conformado en el perímetro exterior de la pared de cilindro (16) forma la unión por encaje a presión (42), presentando el manguito de refuerzo (40), a continuación de su sección de enganche (44), una sección principal (48), que está formada de forma cónica de manera complementaria a una superficie circunferencial exterior (50) de la pared de cilindro (16) diseñada de forma cónica en la zona de refuerzo.
