Abstract

Cápsula monodosis para obtención instantánea de aceite de oliva. Permite obtener un aceite de oliva instantáneo de máxima calidad, manteniendo intactas sus propiedades organolépticas (sabor, olor y color) originales, así como sus propiedades dietéticas (antioxidantes), para su consumo en cualquier momento del año y situación geográfica. La cápsula monodosis (1) para obtención instantánea de aceite de oliva, comprende: un receptáculo (10) que dispone de una cavidad interna para el alojamiento de la pasta de aceitunas liofilizada; una membrana filtrante (20) dispuesta en la base inferior del receptáculo (10), y que tiene unas micro-perforaciones (21) para retener el paso de trazas de alpechín o partículas de agua que pudiera contener la pasta liofilizada; y una lámina o adhesivo superior (30) para un cierre estanco del receptáculo (10).
