Abstract
Implante de refuerzo para la lámina (93) de una vértebra (9), que comprende un soporte transversal y un dispositivo de anclaje, respectivamente, para el lado izquierdo y el lado derecho de la lámina de la vértebra, en el que un elemento de expansión (1) con una instalación de guía (2) y elementos de mordaza (4, 4') está previsto en el soporte transversal, que están montados a lo largo de la instalación de guía (2) de una manera móvil longitudinalmente, en el que en lados exteriores, que miran en direcciones opuestas, de los elementos de mordaza (4, 4') están configuradas unas superficies de apoyo (43) para la lamina (93), y está previsto un tope de retorno para los elementos de mordaza (4, 4'), caracterizado por que al menos uno de los elementos de mordaza (4, 4') está provisto con una instalación de alineación para la orientación variable de su superficie de apoyo (43) con relación a la instalación de guía (2).
