Dispositivo de cierre con tapa primaria y sobre-tapa herméticamente selladas, para recipientes destinados a almacenar y suministrar líquidos estériles, que siendo de los que incluyen una botella termoplástica con una salida suministradora, formando la botella y la sobre-tapa una unidad dotada de un estribo transversal que rodea a la salida, se caracteriza en que comprende, combinadamente, un cuello de botella con un reborde vertedor que rodea a la salida suministradora; una tapa primaria que incluye una pared superior y una zona herméticamente fundida al cuello de botella, que cierra la salida suministradora y tiene una delgada sección frangible en aquella zona fundida; una sobre-tapa que cubra la tapa primaria y el cuello de botella y presenta una zona herméticamente fundida al recipiente cerca del referido estribo transversal y provista de una delgada sección frangible en tal zona fundida; una anilla exterior sobre la sobretapa y superpuesta al estribo transversal; medios interconectoresde la tapa primaria y de la sobretapa que limitan su movimiento axial relativo, de modo que el movimiento axial ascendente de la sobretapa empuje a la tapa primaria fuera del cuello de botella; medios interconectores de la sobre-tapa y del cuello de botella que limitan su movimiento rotatorio relativo; y medios impulsores que interconectan la anilla exterior y la sobretapa, de modo que la rotación de la anilla exterior contra el estribo transversal mueva a la sobretapa axialmente hacia arriba para cortar dichas secciones frangibles.
