Abstract
Un método para purificar agua, en el que: se introduce oxígeno en el agua mediante electrólisis del agua, en el que la electrólisis del agua tiene lugar haciendo pasar una corriente eléctrica a través de electrodos emparejados hechos de carbono, o un metal inerte; y el agua es tratada con iones de plata producidos en un electrodo o electrodos de plata a los que se les suministra corriente eléctrica, e iones de cobre producidos en un electrodo o electrodos de cobre a los que se les suministra corriente eléctrica.
