Abstract
Método para la preparación de una muestra para su uso en amplificación de acido nucleico, que va a usarse para la amplificación de acido nucleico en una muestra biológica, metodo que comprende: una etapa de extracción en la que se at-jade un reactivo de extracción de acido nucleico a la muestra biológica para obtener un extracto de acido nucleico, y una etapa de purificación en la que el extracto de acido nucleico se pone en contacto con zeolita para eliminar del extracto de acido nucleico sustancias que inhiben la amplificación de acido nucleico y se adsorben sobre la zeolita para obtener una muestra de amplificación de acido nucleico en el que la muestra biológica es sangre, liquido cefalorraquideo, orina, heces, esputo, saliva, descarga nasal o fluido tornado con torundas y en el que el reactivo de extracción de acido nucleico contiene un tensioactivo y/o un alcali y en el que la zeolita es una zeolita protonada, y tiene una estructura cristalina de mordenita.
