Abstract

Una composición detergente para lavado de ropa granulada que comprende una lipasa que es un polipéptido que tiene una secuencia de aminoácidos que: (a) tiene, al menos, 90% de identidad con la lipasa natural derivada de la cepa DSM 4109 de Humicola lanuginosa; (b) en comparación con dicha lipasa natural, comprende una sustitución de un aminoácido con carga eléctrica neutra o negativa en la superficie de la estructura tridimensional a 15 Angstroms de E1 o de Q249 en cualquiera de las posiciones 1-11, 90, 95, 169, 171-175, 192-211, 213-226, 228-258, 260-262 con un aminoácido con carga positiva; y (c) comprende una adición de péptido en el C terminal; y/o (d) comprende una adición de péptido en el N terminal; y/o (e) satisface las siguientes restricciones: i) comprende un aminoácido cargado negativamente en posición E210 de dicha lipasa natural; ii) comprende un aminoácido cargado negativamente en la región correspondiente a las posiciones 90-101 de dicha lipasa natural; y iii) comprende un aminoácido neutro o cargado negativamente en una posición correspondiente a N94 de dicha lipasa natural y/o tiene una carga eléctrica neta negativa o neutra en la región correspondiente a las posiciones 90-101 de dicha lipasa natural; teniendo la composición una alcalinidad de reserva definida en la presente memoria superior a 7,5, y comprendiendo la composición detergente una cantidad total de hasta 15% en peso de aluminosilicato (base anhidra) y/o de agente reforzante de la detergencia de tipo fosfato (base anhidra).
