本发明公开了一种超浓缩洗衣液及其制备方法。其由以下重量百分比的组分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠9‑13.5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚30.40%,C13异构醇醚9EO 0‑4.9%,C10异构醇醚9EO 24‑25%,增白剂CBW‑02 0.05‑0.07%,香精0.3‑0.5%,防腐剂0.04‑0.06%,水24‑27%。本发明制备简单,去污力强,稳定性好,使用方便可靠,避免了浪费。

一种超浓缩洗衣液及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种洗衣液,具体涉及一种超浓缩洗衣液及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着世界经济的一体化和贸易全球化的发展,文化背景、技术水平和环保法规逐渐成为洗涤用品全球化发展的三大驱动力,全球的洗涤用品将趋向多样化,但节能、节水、高效、温和、使用方便以及符合安全与环保要求的产品将是当前及未来洗涤产品发展的主流方向。由于洗衣液克服了洗衣粉的一些缺点,发展很快。而浓缩洗衣液在节能、高效方面更显优势,因而各厂家也纷纷推出浓缩型洗衣液。市面上的大部分浓缩型产品的活性物含量大约在30%~40%,消费者使用的时候只需添加普通洗衣液用量的1/3到1/2,但是部分消费者在使用的过程中仍摆脱不了平常的使用习惯,导致了洗涤剂的浪费。而且传统洗衣液的去污力不够,稳定性不高。
综上所述,本发明设计了一种使用更加方便的超浓缩洗衣液及其制备方法。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明目的是在于提供一种超浓缩洗衣液及其制备方法,制备简单,去污力强,稳定性好,使用方便可靠,避免了浪费。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种超浓缩洗衣液,其由以下重量百分比的组分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠 9-13.5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚30.40%,C13异构醇醚9EO 0-4.9%,C10异构醇醚9EO 24-25%,增白剂CBW-02 0.05-0.07%,香精0.3-0.5%,防腐剂0.04-0.06%,水24-27%。
作为优选,一种超浓缩洗衣液,其由以下重量百分比的组分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠 13.3%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚30.6%,C13异构醇醚9EO 4.9%,C10异构醇醚9EO 25%,增白剂CBW-02 0.06%,香精0.4%,防腐剂0.05%,水25.69%。
作为优选,一种超浓缩洗衣液,其由以下重量百分比的组分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠 9.3%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚40%, C10异构醇醚9EO 24%,增白剂CBW-02 0.06%,香精0.4%,防腐剂0.05%,水26.19%。
一种超浓缩洗衣液的制备方法:将上述重量百分比的各组分混合并进行搅拌,水浴冷却,直至反应完全,即可值得PH为6.7-7的浓缩洗衣液。
本发明的有益效果:制备简单,去污力强,稳定性好,使用方便可靠,避免了浪费。

本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:一种超浓缩洗衣液,其由以下重量百分比的组分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠 9-13.5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚30.40%,C13异构醇醚9EO0-4.9%,C10异构醇醚9EO 24-25%,增白剂CBW-02 0.05-0.07%,香精0.3-0.5%,防腐剂0.04-0.06%,水24-27%。
一种超浓缩洗衣液的制备方法:将上述重量百分比的各组分混合并进行搅拌,水浴冷却,直至反应完全,即可值得PH为6.7-7的浓缩洗衣液。
本具体实施方式的异构醇醚具有很好的去污力,其中C13异构醇醚9EO的去污力最强,异构醇醚属于低泡类表面活性剂,异构醇醚与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠复配后泡沫高度和稳定性可大大提高,异构醇醚碳链较短的C10异构醇醚9EO具有更好的水溶分散性和高活性物溶液的稳定性,本洗衣液不需要任何溶剂,优选出含异构醇醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠 、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的超浓缩洗衣液配方;此洗衣液具有很好的去污力和稳定性,使用更加方便可靠。
实施例1:一种超浓缩洗衣液,其由以下重量百分比的组分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠 13.3%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚30.6%,C13异构醇醚9EO 4.9%,C10异构醇醚9EO 25%,增白剂CBW-02 0.06%,香精0.4%,防腐剂0.05%,水25.69%。
实施例2:一种超浓缩洗衣液,其由以下重量百分比的组分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠 9.3%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚40%, C10异构醇醚9EO 24%,增白剂CBW-02 0.06%,香精0.4%,防腐剂0.05%,水26.19%。
