Abstract
Procedimiento de separación y purificación de fosfatidilserina (PS) de fórmula en la que R1 y R2 representan independientemente un acilo C10-C30, saturado, mono-insaturado o poliinsaturado, X>=OH u OM, en la que M >= metal alcalino o alcalinotérreo, amonio, alquilamonio (incluyendo la sal interna) de serina en forma D, L o racémica, a partir de un compuesto de fórmula en la que R1 y R2 y X tienen los significados especificados anteriormente, R3>=CH2-CH2-NH2 o CH2-CH2-N+(CH3)3 y de una enzima fosfolipasa D (PLD) que queda en un medio en el que la reacción de transfofatidilación ha tenido lugar, estando dicho medio seleccionado de: -un medio hidroalcohólico que contiene un alcohol alifático y en presencia de óxido de metal bivalente; -un medio aprótico que consiste en disolventes acuosos/polares y en presencia de un óxido de metal bivalente; o un sistema de dos fases formado por disolvente acuoso/orgánico y en presencia de un óxido de metal bivalente, implicando dicho procedimiento las siguientes etapas: I) añadir una solución salina de cloruro de sodio al medio de reacción que contiene la PS que se ha producido, con la subsiguiente mezcla y separación de la PS; II) recogida y eliminación del sobrenadante; III) las etapas I y II pueden repetirse modificando la concentración de partida de solución de cloruro de sodio y eliminando el sobrenadante; IV) añadir una solución de EDTA para quelar los iones presentes en la solución y la mezcla subsiguiente; V) añadir una solución de etanol que consiste en etanol en un porcentaje del 50 al 100 % o una mezcla de agua/acetona que consiste en acetona a un porcentaje del 50 al 95 % con mezclado y sedimentación de la PS subsiguientes; VI) la etapa V se puede repetir modificando el porcentaje de etanol; VII) añadir una solución de etanol que consiste en etanol a un porcentaje del 90 al 100 %; VIII) recogida y eliminación del sobrenadante; IX) secado del producto final.
