An improved one-to-one diaper comprising: an absorbent panel configured with centrally juxtaposed curvilinear profiles between a gusset and a liner being these joined by a multiplicity of longitudinally extending glue lines; the curvilinear profiles being in the lateral portions of the lining and of the reinforcement that form the lateral edges of the diaper, an elastic film element being located in the edge of the diaper between the protruding ears of the absorbent panel and intermittently fixing to the lining and to the reinforcement when it is pre-stretched to an elongation of around 50% at least and preferably around 100%, further characterized in that a recess is made on each side of the wadding to form ears that extend outward in each corner of the wadding, the means being located constraints within such breaks.
